If you’re striving for excellence in your data protection work then don’t accept mediocrity. This is especially true for employee engagement activities where box-ticking often prevails. Data protection is about people and as a leader you need to build passion among your employees so they have the right mindset, knowledge and skills to live up to everything written in your policies.
