Refund Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through purposeandmeans.io. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as merchant of record.
Consultancy hour blocks #
Hour blocks are purchased in advance and drawn down as sessions are scheduled.
Unused blocks — within 30 days of purchase If you have purchased a block of hours and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, email tc@purposeandmeans.io with your Paddle order reference.
Partially used blocks Once any hours have been used, the remaining hours in that block are non-refundable. The 12-month validity period still applies to all unused hours.
Unused blocks — after 30 days Unused hour blocks are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase. Hours remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Waiver of right of withdrawal Under EU consumer law, individuals have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts for services. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that delivery of the service begins immediately upon purchase and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal. This waiver does not affect the refund terms above, which are more generous than the statutory minimum.
Online courses and digital products #
Courses and digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where the product is materially different from its description or access cannot be provided due to a technical fault on our side. If you experience a problem, contact tc@purposeandmeans.io and we will resolve it.
How to request a refund #
Email tc@purposeandmeans.io with:
- Your name
- Your Paddle order reference number
- The reason for your request
Eligible refunds are processed by Paddle and typically returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
