Tim Clements is a member of IAPP’s Faculty delivering their certification courses at IAPP events and conferences, for IAPP partner organizations across Europe as well as for Purpose and Means.
He is Business Owner of Purpose and Means focusing on developing privacy strategies and roadmaps aligned with business strategies of global organisations.
Since 2005 he has worked with global corporations such as IBM, Carlsberg, Novozymes, Falck, Thomas Cook, Wunderman and Pandora driving global projects and programs to operationalize legal/policy requirements using structured approaches, pragmatism, systems thinking, visual communication and strong stakeholder management.
Tim has experience from multiple Industry sectors including construction, printed media, digital agencies, financial services, IT facility management, FMCG, biotech, emergency services, aviation, martech and retail. He possesses a broad set of competences including project management, business analysis, information risk, IT governance and organizational change management that complement his privacy program work.
Besides being a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) with IAPP, Tim is also a Chartered Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS CITP) in London, an IPMA Certificated Project Manager and holds CRISC and CGEIT certifications from ISACA. Tim is also a member of ISACA’s trainer faculty accredited to deliver their CRISC and CGEIT certification courses globally.
Tim is also Co-chair of the IAPP Copenhagen KnowledgeNet chapter.
