I work with clients in two ways.
Most engagements start with a conversation. You tell me what you are trying to solve, I ask questions, and I submit a proposal scoped to your situation. That might be a discrete piece of work: a programme maturity assessment, a training programme, project or programme support, steering committee or privacy board participation. Or something longer. Fixed scope, agreed deliverables, clear price.
The second way is by the hour. This suits practitioners and organisations who need flexible access to outside expertise: to think something through, pressure-test an approach, get a second opinion, or work through a problem together. You buy a block of hours and we use them however is most useful to you.

Hour blocks #
Hour blocks give you flexible access to my time without scoping a project upfront. You purchase below and I will follow up within one working day to confirm and agree how you want to use the time.
Scheduling is via Cal.com or by email, whichever suits you. For larger blocks, we will agree a rough plan upfront so we are both clear on what we are working towards. Hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Payment and invoicing #
Payment is handled by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd), acting as merchant of record. You will receive a Paddle receipt on purchase. I will issue a separate Purpose and Means invoice for your records within two working days.
VAT is handled by Paddle at the rate applicable in your jurisdiction.
